EV - Axial Flux Platforms
Behemoth’s EV30, EV40, EV60, and EV80 gearboxes are engineered specifically for high-performance axial flux electric motors, where high RPM, extreme torque density, and packaging constraints demand a purpose-built drivetrain solution.
These platforms integrate reduction and differential architectures optimized for efficiency, durability, and thermal performance across on-road, off-road, and specialty vehicle applications.
Designed as scalable platforms rather than one-off prototypes, Behemoth’s axial-flux EV gearboxes support custom ratios, interfaces, and mounting configurations—enabling seamless integration from early development programs through production-ready electric vehicle platforms.

Offroad - Extreme Transfer Cases
Behemoth’s off-road transfer case platforms are built on the legendary Dana 300 and NP205 architectures—long trusted in rock crawling, Ultra4, and extreme off-road environments where shock load, torque spikes, and sustained abuse are the norm.
Offered in both billet and cast configurations, these platforms support 2-speed and 4-speed arrangements and are compatible with stock gearsets as well as 4:1 LoMax gears, allowing builders to tailor crawl ratios and driveline performance to the terrain.
Designed for flexibility and strength, Behemoth’s extreme transfer cases support configurable inputs, outputs, clocking, and mounting options—delivering proven gear-driven performance for competition vehicles and high-end off-road builds where failure is not an option.
Gear Reduction – Strongbox Platforms
Behemoth’s Strongbox gear reduction platforms are designed to deliver additional torque multiplication and driveline control where standard transfer case ratios aren’t enough.
Engineered as modular reduction stages, Strongbox units integrate seamlessly with Ranger, Dana 300, and NP205 transfer case architectures—providing increased crawl ratios, improved throttle control, and reduced drivetrain stress in extreme off-road and competition applications.
Built to handle high shock loads and sustained torque, Strongbox platforms allow builders to fine-tune overall driveline ratios without compromising reliability or packaging, making them an ideal solution for rock crawling, Ultra4, and other high-demand environments.
Military & Heavy Vehicle – Horizon Platform
The Horizon transfer case platform was developed to support heavy vehicles and mission-critical applications where reliability, serviceability, and sustained load capacity are non-negotiable.
Designed for armored, utility, and specialty vehicles operating in harsh environments, Horizon delivers a robust, gear-driven architecture engineered to manage high torque, continuous duty cycles, and complex driveline configurations.
The platform supports configurable ratios, inputs, outputs, and mounting options, allowing Horizon to be adapted to a wide range of vehicle layouts.
