HUNGRY TO PERFORM

- THE BEHEMOTH DRIVETRAIN BILLET TRANSFER CASE -

OUR CORE DESIGN VALUES

- ENSURE PROFESSIONAL GRADE PERFORMANCE -

We use only highly durable, performance grade components, and adaptive design to create an  unbeatably reliable solid billet aluminum transfer case that you can count on to get you where you need to be.  Both Dana 300 and NP205 Colossus models are available.

Instead going cheap by using cast aluminum – which can be weakened by air pockets and the  repeated heating and cooling cycles of the casting process – we manufacture the Colossus  from solid Billet 6061 aircraft grade aluminum.  If strength, performance and durability are a priority – there’s no question billet is the way to go.

BULLETPROOF UPGRADES

- HARDENED SHIFTER DESIGN, NEW PATENTS, UNSTOPPABLE UPGRADES-

The external shifters on the Colossus case have been given a serious upgrade – and are now manufactured with heat treated and case hardened steel.  Our Patent Pending Over Shift Prevention design eliminates shifter stripping – meaning you can push this box to the limit.

FRONT DIGS ON HIGH AND LOW

- BECAUSE PODIUM WINS AREN'T EASY -

The Colossus Case’s twin stick design allows for independent selection of any gear – allowing you to easy perform front digs in both high and low gear.

TESTED AND PROVEN

- PUT TO THE TEST BY WEEKEND WARRIORS AND COMPETITIVE DRIVERS-

WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

- THE DIY BUILDER CASE: HIGH PERFORMANCE, NO COMPROMISES -

We designed the Behemoth Drivetrain Billet Colossus Case to be a DIY builder kit, meaning this case will ship empty and the customer provides the gears of their choice and does assembly and install.  The Colossus Case is fully compatible with the 4:1 Gear Set with no fitment issues.

Solid Aluminum Billet – Precision Manufacturing for Performance

The Colossus is machined  from a solid block of aircraft grade 6061 aluminum on a 5-axis Hass UMC500SS.  To ensure quality and perfect fit, every critical dimension is laser measured during the production process by a Renishaw OMP40 optical probe – meaning you’ll never have issues with dimension or fit when it’s time to assemble and install your case.

Substantial Case Weight Reduction Over Stock

Because it is machined from raw billet aluminum and not cast – the Behemoth Colossus Case is lighter and stronger than a stock Dana 300 housing or a cast aluminum Atlas Case.  The D300 model Colossus weighs 15 POUNDS less than a stock Dana 300.  The NP205 Colossus case comes in at a whopping 23 POUNDS lighter.

Virtually Unlimited Clocking / Driver and Passenger Drops

Our innovative clocking design allows for clocking in 32 different positions, from stock to flat.  Add to that nearly endless clocking, built-in “Twin-Stick” shift mechanism, and the ability to be assembled either right or left hand drop, and you have one high performance solution for all of your transfer case needs.
